Breakfast offered a great selection, including the option for made-to-order omelettes. And the SPA area wasvery comfy and tidy. I found the restaurant menu quite limited and the kitchen closed earlier than expected. I experienced some noise from adjacent rooms, a bit disruptive at night. The check-in process was delayed, as there was only one staff member available to assist guests. While there were some very positive aspects, improvements in dining options and staff availability during busy times would enhance the experience significantly.

Absolutely fantastic and sensational breakfast with omelettes and the 2 coffee machines 1, for instance, it had so much choice. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, for example, Pier in Sopot was relatively near the hotel.

The spa center is well-equipped with multiple treatment options for health and beauty. The vicinity has beautiful surroundings that are great for leisure walks or quick access to local attractions.

The restaurant's menu was disappointingly limited, with many items out of stock, and the inconsistent room cleaning service often left rooms unattended until late in the afternoon. Plumbing issues were also noted, including leaking faucets and a malfunctioning jacuzzi that had been out of service for quite some time. Noise insulation was poor. Lastly, there were concerns about hidden fees related to beach services, leaving guests frustrated with unexpected charges.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the luxurious spa treatments and that gorgeous indoor pool. The atmosphere was so calming, and I loved unwinding with a soothing massage after a long day. Just a heads up, the room could use some newer towels, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊

Hotel staff very helpful , we enjoyed the pool and hired bikes for our last day after vacating our room. 10-15 minutes walk to shopping area ,or to beach and beach.

Poor airconditioning during the hot summer days with the ambient temperature above 30 deg. C, and slow staff response to fix the problem.

Staying at Haffner Hotel was a delight. The pool area was peaceful, and we enjoyed sunset walks to the beach. Breakfast featured a fantastic made-to-order omelette station, and the lobby's live music added a lovely touch to our evenings.

Our room had some plumbing quirks, which affected our experience. The air conditioning wasn't optimal. The restaurant menu was more limited than anticipated, a bit disappointing.

The brekkie was a lekker spread with a giant honeycomb and fresh pastries. Who went out of his way to help us with our car trouble on a public holiday.

Our room coulda used a bit more soundproofing, heard a bit of noise from the neighbours at night.

Three places to eat and drink - cafe, pub, restaurant adequately to current needs. Good location not far to Monte Casino but in clam district.
